The PADI Open Water course is the most widely recognised and respected certification rating in the diving world and gives you the freedom to dive with a buddy independent of a professional.
Before you take to the open water, we will take you to a pool to get you used to taking your first breaths underwater. You’ll learn all the skills from setting up your own equipment to how to becoming totally weightless while underwater!
Once you’ve mastered the theory and pool skills you’ll be ready for your first dive! We pride ourselves on going that extra mile to make your first diving experience more enjoyable.
There are a number of options to suit you:
Open Water Diver - £399 | |
 | Conducted over two weekends the full open water course will take you from a complete novicewho has never even breathed underwater to a proficient diver in just 2 weekends. The first weekend consists of the pool skills and theory, and on the final weekend we will take you to a diving lake near Heathrow Airport to complete your 4 open water dives. The lake has plenty of attractions in it such as sunken boats, camper vans, buses and even a London cab. With several training platforms it's a great place to complete your skills. If you don't fancy diving in the UK then no worries, the Referral course is the one for you! |
Two Day Referral - £245 | |
 | The referral course teaches you the dive theory and pool skills over a weekend and allows you to complete the four open water certification dives while on holiday, simply present the log book we provide you with to any PADI dive centre around the world. Private courses are available and conducted at a time and location to suit you. Our Travel Centre would be happy to provide you with a price of a holiday and recommend a good diving centre. |
One Day Express Referral - £295 | |
 | We’ll send you an Open Water Crew Pack for you to complete in your own time. Once you’ve completed the knowledge reviews and watched the DVD's, the remainder of the course only takes one day; half a day to make sure you have understood the theory and the rest of the day in the pool learning the necessary skills for when you hit the open water. Private courses available on request. |
E-Learning Referral - £145 (excl $120 sign-up fee) | |
 | You can now complete the theory in the comfort of your home, office or even the beach at a time that suits you. Once you have completed the e-learning via the PADI website you simply need to complete the pool session which normally takes 3-4 hours.
